Borderline Hardy : Plant in well drained, sunny/sheltered spots 
French lavender with the wow factor.  May need some winter protection, grow in pots if gardening in an exposed garden.  It’s one of the few ‘Diva’s’ we sell.  If you have gravel garden in full sun it will be a reliable returner each year.  Always trim lavender at the end of flowering down to but not into the woody stem.  Flowers only generate on fresh growth.
